1st International Investment. Construction. Real Estate in Russian Federation and CIS countries – Dealmakers Forum

The First International Forum “Investment. Construction. Real Estate in Russian Federation and CIS countries – Dealmakers Forum” was held in the Central Exhibition Complex “Expocentre” of  Moscow. The Forum was a part of the 13th Annual International Real Estate Exhibition "Investment. Construction. Property" 2008 (Exhibition co-organizers - Moscow City Government, EUROEXPO, Association of Moscow Investors) which is endorsed by Mayor Yuri Luzhkov of Moscow.

The event will focus on construction and investment opportunities offered by Russian and CIS markets and explored the following real estate markets: Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan. Russia/CIS was one of the hottest destinations for real estate development at the time of the event.

David Fisher was invited as a speaker of Special Focus, with his Master Class: High-rise buildings construction for climate zones similar to those in Russia and CIS. He took part in the Conference presenting the Rotating Towers and the Dynamic Architecture revolutionary method of construction, presenting the designed 70 stores tower in motion for MIRAX, one of the leading real estate development companies, to be built in Moscow City area. Among the key topics discussed there were safety in high-rise projects, Designing high-rise buildings for cold climate, heating and climate control, engineering solutions and  addressing wind load factors for high-rise buildings.
